I’m Dorçaf Bargaoui, a project manager, job coach, consultant, and German-Tunisian.

Born in a small town in Lower Saxony, I moved to Berlin for my studies. After earning my degree in Economics, I worked in Germany, Jordan, Tunisia, and Libya in the fields of sports, education, culture, and entrepreneurship support for immigrant women.

I embrace change and constantly ask myself if what I’m doing is still what I truly want to do. Another essential question I always reflect on is: Why am I doing this?
