As a freelance consultant, I work with individuals and social organizations to foster growth, confidence, and direction.

Experience & Achievements
In 2018, I launched Lighthousing (Farolando in Portuguese), a mentoring program designed to support immigrant women in Germany as they navigate their career, business, or personal projects. Through over 60 mentoring sessions, I’ve helped women uncover their talents, develop actionable ideas, and take the next steps with confidence.

That same year, I co-founded an NGO with a mission to empower immigrant women during their integration process, offering a supportive community and resources.

Since 2021, I’ve also been collaborating with several NGOs, providing initial consultations on entrepreneurship, project concept development, and evaluations.

My Mission
Empowering women to achieve their personal and professional goals is the driving force behind everything I do. I believe in turning potential into action and guiding women to create meaningful, fulfilling lives.
